Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation along with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer international shipping from our warehouse to all U.S. states.

Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days from the date your order is placed. This window includes both order processing and international transit.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed (see Shipping Delays below).

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send your tracking number by email. Please allow 2–3 business days for the first tracking update to appear. If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, reach out and we'll help right away.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Because your order ships internationally, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. As of 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection applies duties to international parcels regardless of their value.

Any such fees are determined by customs at the time of import and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these charges, and they are separate from the cost of your order and any shipping fees paid at checkout.

Shipping Delays

We work hard to deliver within the estimated window, but some factors are outside our control — including customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, and peak shopping periods. These can occasionally extend delivery times.

If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated timeframe, we'll notify you by email and give you the choice to keep waiting or cancel your order for a full refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us. We'll open an inquiry with the carrier and make it right.
